Returns

Timeframe: You may return new, unworn socks within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original Style Steps packaging.

Final Sale Items: Clearance or final sale items are non-returnable.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong item, size, or a defective product, we’ll gladly exchange it at no cost to you.

Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Contact us at sales@stylesteps.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

2. We'll respond with instructions.

3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
